Refund Policy

Clear, fair rules for refunds and returns on AnuFinc resources and events.

Note: AnuFinc primarily provides educational content online. If and when we offer paid digital resources, workshops, or physical materials, this policy applies. It does not replace your statutory rights.

Please include your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.

2. Digital content (downloads, templates, guides)

  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations: once you start downloading or streaming digital content you have agreed to lose the 14‑day right to cancel.
  • Goodwill window: if you have not accessed the digital content and contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will process a full refund.
  • If access has occurred (download or view recorded), refunds are generally not available, except where required by law or in case of a demonstrable technical fault we cannot resolve.

3. Live online workshops or events

  • Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before the event.
  • 50% refund if you cancel 3–6 days before the event.
  • No refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the event start, but we may offer a credit or a place on a future session at our discretion.
  • If we cancel or reschedule and you cannot attend the new time, you may choose a full refund or credit.

4. Physical materials (if offered)

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
  • Non‑returnable: opened software, used materials, perishable or personalised items (unless defective).
  • Condition: items must include proof of purchase and all accessories.
  • Inspection: we will inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

5. Defects or damage

If an item is defective or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate and at no extra cost to you.

6. Return shipping

  • Change of mind: you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping.
  • Defective or incorrect items: we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

7. Refund method and timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 3–10 business days after approval; bank processing may add time.
  • If you have not received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, contact your bank and then contact us.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a card chargeback, we may suspend access to related digital content or services pending resolution. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly.

9. Proof of purchase

A valid order confirmation, receipt, or bank statement is required to process refunds or returns.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
